Deputy commissioner, returning officer and election commission did not take any legal action against misdeeds of the AL men and rigging despite very constantly informing the matter to those authorities, release said.
The release said that polls took place in a peaceful atmosphere across the country except Rangamati municipality. AL has materialised it ill plot through the election. They condemned the AL misdeeds.
In another press conference before the evening today (Thursday), district Awami League refuted all allegations and blamed the BNP and PCJSS for rigging and creating anarchy during holding municipality polls in Rangamati.
